Now they've turned <a href="http://maps.google.de/?ie=UTF8&ll=52.501127,13.45153&spn=0.002348,0.004957&t=h&z=18">the place</a> across the river into a building site, and there’s constant hammering and machinery and earth moving; it’s starting to irritate.
